Terms and Conditions

  1. Karaikal Dhevi Agency/We are not responsible for delivery of the products that you purchased.

  2. Customer/You are responsible to products after purchase.

  3. Booking amount will not eligible for refund.

  4. After cancellation of order, please expect 7 - 10 working days as period to settle your refund amount. 

  5. Platform fees are not refundable.

  6. Any issues due to gas stove service person to customer, Karaikal Dhevi Agency is not responsible.

  7. We are not responsible to any accident after purchase of products.

  8. We are not responsible to any accident after performing gas stove service because customer approved the service and paid after inspection.

  9. Gas stove service person is responsible to have inspection of serviced stoves by customer before making final payment from customer.

  10. All product appearance images are not same as physical appearance of products.

  11. All products listed here are marketed by Karaikal Dhevi Agency.

  12. We will provide alternative manufacturer for every product purchased by customer without prior notice to customer, if purchased products are not available 

  13. Pease expect 10 - 14 working days for delivery of purchased products on all category. 

  14. All products specification will be vary.

  15. Installation service is not included for all products. Customer need to take care of it.

  16. Booking service slot will not include any products and transportation amount.

  17. We are not responsible for lost of product during delivery and after delivery to customer.

  18. Refund is applicable with 2 hours after delivery of products. Customer should notify us via email only in the subject of 'Return and Refund #order ID'.

  19. We will store customer information to share purchase information with their permission.

  20. Karaikal Dhevi Agency will sell all products through Amazon, Flipkart, Google and many third party sites but not responsible for anything happened regarding delivery, product damage, return and refund. 

  21. Additional amount required for any type of installation, quotation provided by us/Karaikal Dhevi Agency
